How do I post reviews ?
  1. Log in to your Browncord account.
  2. Navigate to the Event Service Providers page.
  3. Find the provider you’ve worked with.
  4. Click “Add Review” to rate and share your feedback.

My account was Blocked or Suspended, what can i do?
If your account was blocked for inactivity, you can request reactivation by contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form. Once reviewed, we’ll unlock it and guide you on how to verify and continue.

I’ve received a number of quotes, do I need to reply back to all of them to indicate if I’m interested?
No, once you accept and book one of the Event suppliers, we’ll let the others know for you.

I’ve received a quote from an Event Supplier, how do I reply back?
Don’t reply to the email you receive from Browncord, as it’s an automatically generated email. Click the link in the email through to the Browncord control panel, from there you can view the full quote and reply back to the vendor to discuss further. If you’d like to book the vendor, you can do so in the control panel also.

Out of all the quotes I receive from Event suppliers, does the lowest one automatically win?
Definitely not, you’re not obligated to choose an event vendor for any reason. You might end up hiring a vendor that has a higher price quote because they’re perfect for your event.

Will all the event vendors I contacted reply to my event request?
You should expect replies from most of the vendors you contact if not all. Sometimes a member might forget to reply in which case Browncord will send them a follow up reminder if you haven’t heard from them in 48 hours.

Will all of the event vendors I contact provide a quote for my event?
No, some vendors might already be booked at another event on your date. We recommend contacting a few vendors to increase your chance in finding the best vendor for your event.

How do I create an event listing?
To create an event listing, log in to your account and navigate to the "Create Event" page. Fill in the required details and submit the form.
